The debugging skills and methods of high-frequency tube making machine mainly include the following steps and precautions:

Preparation:

Check the quality of the roller: Ensure that the hole shape of the roller meets the design requirements and the bottom diameter size is correct. Use the hole template to check whether the hole shape of each roller meets the design requirements. Unqualified rollers cannot be installed and used.

Equipment condition inspection: Ensure that the flat shaft is horizontal, the vertical shaft is vertical, the roller positioning does not move, and the slide is flexible and does not swing. All parts of the equipment must meet the basic performance requirements and be repaired when necessary.

Debugging steps:

Pit alignment: Use the steel wire as the reference line to determine the center position of the rolling line and ensure that the hole center coincides with the center line. When aligning the hole, the height of the steel wire should be slightly higher than the bottom diameter of the flat roller by more than 2mm to prevent the steel wire from contacting the arc surface of the hole and affecting the alignment effect.
‌Flat roll alignment‌: By adjusting the position of the roll on the shaft, the hole center of each roll coincides with the center line. Use a special template to check the positioning of the hole center‌.
‌Common problems and solutions‌:

‌Low current‌: Affects the heating and heating speed of the weld, resulting in unstable weld quality. Solutions include adjusting the position and number of magnetic bars, ensuring cooling effect, adjusting the position of the induction coil, controlling the weld direction and opening angle, and matching current and welding speed‌.
‌Melting of the induction coil and electrode‌: The induction coil and electrode are burned red and melted due to insufficient water cooling. The solution is to ensure that the cooling water has sufficient flow rate and flow to avoid cooling water diversion‌.
‌Pipe billet scratches‌: The guide mechanism and extrusion welding mechanism may cause pipe billet scratches. Adjust the height position of the guide sleeve to ensure that the guide roller does not deviate from the rolling center line, check whether the hole of the extrusion roller is consistent, and avoid bearing damage and axial movement‌.
