    Detailed Process of Tube Production
    • Raw Materials: Steel coils or strips are the starting materials.

    • Uncoiling: The steel coil is uncoiled to prepare for processing.

    • Shearing & Butt Welding: The steel strip is cut and welded to form a continuous strip.

    • Storage: The processed strip is stored for subsequent use.

    • Leveling: The strip is flattened to ensure it is even and free of wrinkles.

    • Forming: The flattened strip is formed into a cylindrical shape.

    • HF/Laser Welding: The formed strip is welded using high-frequency/laser welding technology.

    • Water Cooling: The welded tube is cooled using water to control temperature and improve strength.

    • Sizing: The tube is sized to ensure it meets precise dimensional requirements.

    • Speed Measurement: The speed of the tube is measured to ensure consistent production.

    • Straightening: The tube is straightened to meet required straightness specifications.
