Regular cleaning: Titanium pipe alloy products should be cleaned once a month to remove dust and corrosive gases in the environment, ensure the flexibility of the mechanical system and the reliability of various limit switches, buttons and glass level gauge optocouplers.
Lubrication maintenance: Good lubrication, refueling or oil change on time, ensure normal oil pressure, unobstructed oil circuit, and oil quality meets the requirements. Trichloroethylene or alcohol can be used to inject into the pressure hole for cleaning, but it is forbidden to use any tools to clean the pressure hole to avoid damaging the sensitive core pressure membrane.
Storage environment: Titanium alloy pipe elbows should be stored in a ventilated and dry place indoors, avoid stacking or open-air storage to inhibit stacking or open-air storage.
Operation specification: When using titanium alloy pipe elbows, ball valves, stop valves, and gate valves should be fully opened or fully closed to avoid adjusting the flow to reduce erosion and wear of the sealing surface.
Welding treatment: When welding titanium alloy pipe elbows, the welding rod should be kept dry and proper heat treatment should be performed after welding to prevent cracks. If heat treatment is not possible, a suitable welding rod should be selected.
