April 5, 2025, Guangdong, China - Recently, a technical delegation from Nantong Jinheng Metal Technology Co., Ltd., a renowned domestic metal products manufacturer, conducted a two-day site visit and technical exchange at ST Machineries' manufacturing base in Guangdong. The visit focused on evaluating our fully automated stainless steel square and rectangular tube production lines, with the goal of exploring potential collaborations in high-end tube mill equipment.
Accompanied by ST Machineries' technical and sales teams, the delegation toured our production workshop, assembly lines, and testing areas. They closely observed the operation of our Automatic Stainless Steel Square and Rectangular Tube Welded Pipe Production Line, which features continuous output speeds of up to 80 meters per minute, a PLC-controlled automation system (Siemens/Allen-Bradley/Mitsubishi), and full compliance with CE & ISO international standards-showcasing our leadership in precision tube manufacturing technology.
During the technical seminar, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on key technologies, including quick size changeover systems, HF/TIG/MIG welding processes, inline eddy current flaw detection, and intelligent control systems. A senior engineer from Nantong Jinheng remarked, "We are highly impressed by the automation level, production efficiency, and operational stability of ST Machineries' equipment. The multi-size flexibility (10x10mm to 80x80mm) perfectly aligns with our demand for agile and flexible manufacturing."
