‌Precautions for process screw processing‌: 4 process screws should be added between the lower fixed plate and the ejector plate to facilitate the fitter to match the oblique pins, ejector pins, etc.; when the RP uses a spring to return and has an oblique pin, add a demolding process screw between the male mold plate and the B04 plate; the slider sometimes needs to be repaired with clamping lines/biting/polishing between the female mold/male mold. For easy operation, it is necessary to design corresponding process screws and positioning surfaces; the mold core, wedge block, ejector block, slider pressure plate, wear-resistant plate, etc. need to add mold hanging screws. The size of the mold hanging screws of the same set of molds should be as consistent as possible to facilitate assembly and disassembly‌.

‌Precautions for ejector hole processing‌: The matching size requirements of flat top, dome, and double-section ejector, when the diameter is less than or equal to 2mm, must use a double-section ejector‌.
